We stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or damaged items (unless defective)
- Items without original tags
- Sale or discounted items (optional – you decide)
3. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective items
Subject to stock availability.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos as proof
- We will replace or refund at no extra cost
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
